Will my custom colour look exactly like my inspiration photo?

Inspiration photos serve as a reference for your desired colour and style; they do not guarantee an identical result. This also applies to photos of our own Gloria N wigs.

Each wig is coloured by hand and consists of thousands of hairs. It is not possible to recreate every strand exactly, or to reproduce the exact placement of highlights, shades and tones. The base colour of the hair, lighting and screens can also affect how colours appear.

We use your inspiration and the specifications agreed together to create your personalised wig.

Can I supply my own hair for a wig to be made?

No. We no longer make wigs using hair supplied by customers. Our custom wigs are made exclusively with hair from our collection.

What is Raw Hair?

Raw Hair is 100% unprocessed human hair that has never undergone chemical treatment or heat styling. The cuticles remain intact and aligned in the same direction, resulting in strong, healthy, natural-looking and long-lasting hair.

How long can Raw Hair last?

With proper care, Raw Hair can last 5 years or more. Its lifespan depends on how often it is worn, styled and maintained.

Can I color or style Raw Hair?

Yes. Raw Hair can be colored, bleached and heat-styled, provided you use heat protection and suitable products.

Does the hair come from a single donor?

Our Raw Hair Bundles are selected to provide a consistent texture and premium quality. Exact characteristics may vary depending on the collection or product.

What does “Double Drawn” mean?

Double Drawn means the selection contains a higher proportion of hairs of similar length, creating a fuller look from roots to ends.

How many bundles do I need?

It depends on the length, texture and volume you want. As a guide:

• 10–14 inches: approximately 2 bundles
• 16–24 inches: approximately 3 bundles
• 26–30 inches: approximately 4 bundles

For extra density, always add one extra bundle.

What color is the hair?

The natural shade may vary slightly from one batch to another. Always check the relevant product page for the available color.

How do I care for Raw Hair?

Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, moisturize the hair regularly and avoid excessive heat. Let it air-dry whenever possible.

Are shedding and tangling normal?

A small amount of shedding can be normal, just as with natural hair. Gentle care helps reduce tangling, breakage and excessive shedding.

Can I reuse the hair?

Yes. Raw Hair can be reused when properly cared for and stored.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Check shipping costs and delivery times at checkout.

Can I return my order?

For distance purchases, a 14-day right of withdrawal generally applies, subject to legal exceptions. Products genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalized are notably excluded. When a product is delivered sealed and cannot be returned for health-protection or hygiene reasons, this exception may also apply once unsealed. Please see our refund policy for full conditions.
